Patchwork Coat — Taupe & Teal
One of one

Amman, Jordan — Upcycled Textile Studio
Fabrica collects discarded textiles and reworks them — by hand — into one-of-a-kind bags, clothing and homeware. No two pieces are ever alike, because no two scraps are.
The Collection
Each piece is cut from salvaged fabric and finished by hand. When it's gone, it's gone — exactly as it should be.

Stories

The makers
Every Fabrica piece passes through the hands of a woman trained in our Amman studio — seamstresses, embroiderers and weavers who turn what others throw away into something worth keeping. Fair wages, flexible hours, and craft passed on.
The process
We source discarded garments, factory offcuts and dead-stock fabric, sort them by weight and weave, then cut every panel by hand so the patchwork follows the fabric — not the other way around. What we can't use gets shredded for stuffing. Nothing waits for a second rejection.

We take commissions — wedding dresses become quilts, university t-shirts become totes, factory remnants become rugs. Bring us your textiles and we'll design the piece with you.
